Buy our dishwasher and you will get a voucher NOT

So I went to Game Fourways on Sat the 23rd to purchase a Defy Dishwasher. The deal was buy the dishwasher and you get R100 free voucher to spent on detergent. So i clarify all i want to know re the settings and what have you and just as I am about to leave the salesman says oh sorry there are no vouchers - the ladys doing the promotion have not arrived yet. But? Like? So i had to take the dishwasher with no vouchers. This is false advertising and I am not impressed. This they should have told me in the 1st place. So needless to say I went home - minus the voucher. What are Game going to do about this? How are they going to get the vouchers to me? You cant expect me to keep going back to the store. Poor show people, very poor show. I want this resolved.
