Defy Dishwasher/Finish Voucher Promotion

Being in the market for a new dishwasher, my husband (disabled) and I started doing research into the various makes and models available. As pensioners, every cent counts, so imagine how thrilled we were to see the promo Defy/Finish DDW 168 model at such a reduced price plus a finish voucher to the value of R100.00. As we have to consider wheelchair accessibility, we normally go to House and Home in Boksburg when purchasing anything for the home. We phoned and checked on availability, and a machine was ordered for us. We drove in from Benoni yesterday, Monday 11th March, and paid for our machine in cash. When I enquired about the Finish product voucher, I was told that the rep only comes in on Saturday or Sunday and that we would have to come back at the weekend. I explained that it was inconvenient (wheelchair), expensive (petrol) and the offer did not state that it was only applicable on weekends. I asked to speak to the manager, who explained this was a Defy/Finish promotion and nothing to do with House and Home - so why do they advertise the promotion if they accept no accountability?
