Are there really no trucks to deliver?

My wife and I bought a dishwasher at the cresta store a week ago (2 February 2013), the sales person told me, since its coming from the warehouse it should be in later in the week, thats fine. A week later and nothing. I went into the store today (9 Feb 2013) only to find out that Game has no trucks to deliver my dishwasher... NO F-ING TRUCKS!!! what bull dust is that??? Really??? That is poor, a Walmart/Massmart company with no trucks? So I can't get the dishwasher I paid for because a massive company with distribution resources that companies can only dream of has no trucks??? I don't mind waiting for a reasonable amount of time, but don't spin me a story.
