Cancellation of Policy:69176N118088814

I have two (2) policies with Old Mutual (Educational Plan and Funeral Plan) but I wanted to close the Funeral Plan 69176N118088814. On the first week of Dec 2013 I went to Potchefstroom branch to cancel the policy and stop the debit order because I can't afford to. pay it anymore due to my financial difficulties. To my suprise old mutual debited my salary again end of December 2013, Payment Details.. Pay Office: SANDF, Salary Ref No: 08448649MG. Then yesterday, 07 Jan 2013 I spoke to your call centre consutant but the lady I spoke with kept me n hold told me that there's a problem with my policy but I still don't understand how difficult is like to close and cancel the policy as I ended without closure.
This is unprofessional. Please stop debiting my salary and close my Funeral Policy please once is close I would like to receive a written confirmation by Email to show that is closed.
