Bad customer service!!

My mom and dad bought a bed this morning but when she got a better price elsewhere and wanted a refund, the BRANCH MANAGER MR LANCE ROOPLALL was very RUDE shouting and screaming at her. He accused my mom of having a fake marriage certificate which he had requested as proof since my dad couldn't go with her and told her to never come shop at his shop. I called the shop and their receptionist ROSE cut the call so I'm really confused if this how customers are treated at Joshua Doore?
