TOTALLY BAD SERVICE

Hi i bought a set of mercedes couches in NOVEMBER 2012 of R23 000 which are a lot of money and my 3 seater couch have a hall in and i report it the next day to the branch and i never heard of them again. Then i phoned them on the 21 March again and then talked to the manager which is a white lady and told her of my issue with the couch then she took my number and detail and told me that she will phone me back the same day and im still waiting im now fed-up with HOUSE AND HOME HIGHVELD MALL and i want a new couch ASAP!!!
