Is my problem not important

My girlfriend bough a couch from house and home in October last year. The couch broke 2weeks after the purchase. We informed house and home about the problem and was told that the lady who handles the comeback furniture is not in. We filled in the forms. We returned in December to the lady who had no idea who we are. We filled in the papers again and were told that the supplier is already closed for December. We said we can do it first thing in January. January we returned and we were told they will come pick it up. February was told it would be picked up. I went on sat 23 Feb to see the manager he said he would handle it. On Fri 1 Mar I still had no answers so phoned costumer care 6 times before I got answer. Explained my situation. I was helped the following Monday I asked the manager to please contacted me to open for them because my Girlfriend can't leave work. They phoned her and said she must be there. Image my Frustration as I arranged with the manager to phone me. Yesterday I went to see them. They phoned my Girlfriend who can't answer 3 times. Then told me my couch was sitting in storage waiting for another couch before it can go to the supplier. Is my couch not Important?
