BAD SERVICE!

I bought couches in 2011 and took out the extended guarantee. Last year I called Furniture city as the leg was bent on one of the them, and the came n fixed it. beginning of this year I noticed that the leg is bent again on one couch and the other couch the one side is starting to sink. So I went to FC on the 01st Feb 2013 and advised Jacob of the problem - he made copies of payment and when the couch was picked up previously. He said that someone will contact me as to when it would be picked up. A month passed and I did not hear anything - I then went into Furniture City again on the 01 March 2013 and spoke to the Manager and explained that I was disgusted with the poor and pathetic service received from them - I explained the situation to him and he made a copy of the proof of payment. Jacob saw me when I came in and then disappeared and when the Manager checked if this was logged on the system, it was not. To date I have not heard from Furniture City - do you people charge the extra for the warranty/guarantee, so that you'll can pocket the money or are you'll waiting for the 3 years to be up, so that it will not be fixed!! Im taking this to consumer council as I HAD IT!
