In Nov 2012 I purchased a lounge suit from Furniture City Cresta.12 Nov 2013 I logged a call as the cushion was sunken in & is still under warranty.2 weeks later Nadia contacted me (25 Nov 13) from Furniture warehouse. She informed me that the couch would have to be collected & taken for repairs & would be returned back to me by the 22 Dec 13.This is a huge inconvenience to me. I explained to her that I can not accept that as I will be having visitors for the festive. The sunken couch is a factory defect and is not a fault of ours. The manager at the warehouse was supposed to get back to me regarding a temporary/replacement couch. He hasn't gotten back to me. 29 Nov I received miss calls from a driver stating he was on his way to drop a replacement couch at my home, no prior arrangements made, no one called to confirm. The product they issued is defective & cannot be taken for a month to do repairs without a swap being done either temporarily or permanently- it's in the CPA. I called the warehouse & was told that the driver was confused & he was only supposed to collect the couch not exchange it. I am disappointed & revolted.i will never buy from furniture city again!
