ITC profile not updated for more than 6 months

I checked my ITC profile and see that it is still reflecting that i have an account with Jet. My account was paid in full in October of 2011 if I am not mistaken. I was not listed nor was the account handed over, all I know is that once the account is paid up then the balance, etc has to be removed and show that i do not owe them anything. I call Jet today spoke to Amanda who told me that my profile will remain with ITC for the next 24 months i asked her how so because i was not handed over. Asked to speak to her manger, she tranfered me to her collegue Jabu, who did not help at all. was transfered to a manager who did not seem eager to speak to me at all. she told me that Transunion will respond in 7 days, why i asked. Because when i closed my account, they weres uppose to remove my details and put my balance on 0.00 in 2011 so why should i want for 7 days? She said that she will send me an email and fax am still waiting nothing. Iasked can i contact Hello Peter if she does not do so and she said yes, her name was Margret. So I have decided to take her advise and write on Hello Peter, maybe someone who cares from Jet will call me... lets see. Irate and livid
