Treated unfairly

I had an account 700600100069122861 with Jet, so i had an outstanding balance of R1829. In November 2011 I paid all the balance and closed the account. But i've checked on ITC it is still saying not updated and reflecting the same balance R1829 that i have paid. Now i cannot apply for anything because of Jet account all my applications are been declined.
So please i need you to remove me on ITC immediately cause its been a year now the account been closed. And you must update it immediately now my life is stuck because of a jet account that i have closed long ago.
