Almost 2 weeks and still no response from @home

Almost 2 weeks ago, I visited century city @home furniture and filled in an application to open an account. The in store assistant "checked " my application and confirmed that it was all in order. The next day, somebody from their call center contacted me and said there was an error on the form and that I had to go all the way back to the store to fix this error. I replied that surely as I had verified my details with her, that she would be able to fix the error? She said that she would confirm with her team leader and get back to me... I am still waiting on either of their reply. I then called the @home store again and was told that they would fix the error and that I did not have to come in to fix a stupid typo... I thought this matter was concluded... but to my amazement at their pathetic lack of customer care and very disturbing feedback turnaround time, they still have not contacted me as to verify whether the account was opened and to collect my in store card! My home loan and car finance took less than a day to be approved! Surely this form of customer treatment cannot be acceptable to a huge corporation as @home!
