Can Truworths duplicate cards!!!

At the end of November 2012 I applied for a duplication card when I went to pay for my account at Truworths Campus Square. The young man who was helping me said he will fax my application form to their head office but he didn't know their fax number, which was surprising to me for a staff member not to know their fax number but anyways I ovelooked that when he assured me that he wiLl fax my form. After 3 weeks on the 3rd week of December I called Truworths Campus Square to find when my card will be ready the lady said it takes 3 to 4 weeks. Its towards the end of Jan 2013 n truworths it still not saying anything. I called the store just now and the Supervisor said she can't tell when al get my duplication card. This is pathetic, in other stores its not a mission to duplicate a card. Slowly but surely I am loosing my patience with truworths!!! The superviser couldn't even check how far my application is or where is it stuck.
