Disappointed custome

I bought a ring on the 09/03/2013 at your Centurion branch. I only wore it on the 16/03 and it did not even last for 3 hours and its big eye just popped out in front of the people. I felt so bad because i could have bought the same ring @ MR Price for R30 i decided to purchase it at your store becuase I'm your loyal customer and thought that you sell good quality. I know I'm complaining about a lousy R70 but im very disappointed. Please advise on way forward as I still have this ring and dont know what to do with it.
