Dropping Phone

On Friday 22 March I paid my entire amount owed to Edgars and also requested the credit limit to be lowered. This morning I tried to call Edgars to load a debit order on my account (as i have never had a debit order) to cover my club fees etc.
The phone was dropped in my ear.
No payment wil be made this month to cover fees, will see how fast they will phone me then.
