Unauthorised transaction

I was called by a homemark consultant called Tiego Malema telling me that i was awarded about 7000 buying points which they used to give me some goods without me having to pay anything. I repeadly asked him if there are no charges and he said absolutely no, he then asked me to confirm my address which i did. Afterwards i was surpised to find that an amount of R2999.99 was deducted from my credit card even though i told him that they must not deduct any funds there. Now i have been calling homemark and it looks like there is no assistance coming, i need a refund immediately. My reference number is 1319912
