We purchased a AEG pedestal fan from Game at Tygervalley on the 28th September 2013. This fan has a 2 year warranty and has started making a weird buzzing noise this week (9January). We searched all over and could not find our slip. I decided to call Game at Tygervalley to see if they were able to help. I spoke to Carmelita who said that she would look into it for me and give me a call.
I got a call about 2 hours later from Nadia, who said that they had found our receipt and asked if I would be coming to collect it. I live in Tableview so I asked if they would be able to fax it to Game Bayside or email it to me. She decided to email it to me but it was quite busy so it wouldn't be straight away (Saturday) so I said that it was okay I appreciate the help.
This morning (Sunday) I called back to check and Nadia and Carmelita were both off, so I spoke to Magdalene. She found the receipt and sent it to me.

Anyway I am used to hearing many bad things about Game stores but with this good service, I must say that the admin staff at Game Tygervalley have impressed me, even if it was just something small.
