I walked into your branch today in canal walk to find people waiting & only one pregnant women busy servicing, I asked the girl to get more help, just to find out that your staff, decided to go for a walk and without there phones, so we had to wait. I was standing waiting for about 15mins & decided to take a walk, hoping they would be back. they only got there 20 mins later & I had to wait for service as more people came in & I was only served 50mins later. I was mad, frustrated & this on a Sunday, get your staff together & in order cause this is POOR!!!
