We buy coffee from Seattle quite regularly, but if nothing is done about this bad service, we won't be going back.

Incident 1. We get to the store and want to order coffee, without being appoligetic the barista just tells us that he can't make americano, but that he can make Cappuccino, now this to me makes no sense, cause the only difference between americano and Cappuccino is Milk and water.

Incident 2: We get to the counter and ask the same Barista (Peter) do you have Soya milk. Very rudly he answers YES. So we order our 3 Soy Cappuccino's and 1 Americano. Once my card has gone through he tells us... No he doesn't have the Milk...

Every time we go to this branch of Seattle and Peter is working, the service is horrible. We will always greet the persons working, but then he won't even reply... I mean we are the costumer and we need to be over friendly... One time my wife kept on saying Hello, hello, hello, till he replied. This is rude!
