Whats wrong with this store?

I bought Lounge suit on 4th of October 2013 and have been told that the goods will be delivered within two working days and yet nothing have been delivered. I will not ever and ever again recommend someone to buy in this store as they welcome us warmly but when they have to deliver, they take 10 steps back. I wanted to buy other furnitures for my house but this POOR store is not an option. Two weeks without delivery and yet waiting.
