I dont remember the last time i received such service from the store.

On the 23rd april, we purchased a dinning room suit and a wall unit from Geen and Richards. I was told it will be delivered within 2 days after the sale. When the 2 days passed and there was no delivery, i decided to follow up with the store. Everytime i call i am told a different story. on the 7th May i decided to log a complaint with the head office customer care. When i followed up today i was told the most ridiculous story.

Ok. Apparantely the dinning room suit is available but the wall unit is not. I am suprised because was when we purchased everything, they said they had both in stock. So now im asking if they can deliver what they have now and they will deliver the rest later. I was told again they cant separate the 2. WTH!!! i mean really. This is after spending R60 000 CASH! How is that for customer service. I am very irritated as no one is taking me serious. i even tried to google the CEO of Geen and Richards to escalate this but i couldnt find the contacts. All i know is that, i will be telling the whole world about the bad service that i received from Geen and Richards. Twitter, FB
