Bad service and misrepresentation

My mother bought a bedroom suit at 2013/11/29 cash, and they said they've got it at warehouse but only to find out that is not in a good condition and they didn't let her know they waited for her to call, and still when I called sales person promised to call me back which he never did, I called the branch manager and he promised to deliver on the 24th Dec, he hired a person from outside to deliver but then he delivered half and he was only one without assistant and my mom was alone so she had to ask neighbor to assist whereas we paid for delivery and again they said the color is pink but they delivered khakhi. When I called the manager about the missing ones he said to me they will deliver before new year and that he will call me and let me know even now I'm still waiting for his call with half delivery.
