Josephine is the "bomb"

Josephine, the Cosmetics manager, at Clearwater Mall Edgars went above and beyond to assist me in exchanging an item that other Edgars branches refused to do. She realised this was a case where human intervention was required, the computer had no say this time. I would like to acknowledge her high level of service. It is so refreshing to find someone in retail who is prepared to take responsibility and not fob you off or make you feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you. I sincerely hope her line manager looks after her - she is an asset! Thank you Josephine.
