Pathetic Service!!!

I purchased an eternity band on the 16th Feb which had to be sent in to be made smaller - i was initially told it would take a week. On the 14th March i decided to go to the store as i still have not heard from them AT ALL - only to be told the ring will arrive on the 15th March. On the 15th March i receive a mail from Ruby telling me the supplier luckily found my correct size however sizing it would cause the stones to pop out and they can only receive the ring on Thursday (21st March) evening as it is coming from overseas. I specifically went to purchase the ring more than a month before the time as i am getting married in Cape Town and leaving the 20th March, now im told my ring wont be ready. How do they only realize this after a whole month-this is crazy and what am i supposed to do now - i paid for this ring already. This is really an inconvenience to me should this ring not be done by Tuesday, 19th March. It was my first purchase at Von Weilligh and most certainly my very last!!!
