Thank you Mathew, Josephine and Hosiah!

I returned a high pressure washer to Game that was not in good working order. Josephine Mnyakeni told me the manufacturer does not repair the product but replace it and I must bring the hose along. When I returned later with the hose the paperwork and payment was all done and she was waiting for me! Unfortunately the product was sold out and I asked Mr Mathew Human who was at the front desk if Game could order me another. He told Hosiah Mohlala to order me one and I could pay it to still apply for the special which ended that day. Mr Human later returned and said he phoned other stores in the vicinity of Witbank and got me one in Ermelo! He said it would be delivered as soon as possible. Now if that is not excellent service I don't know what is! Thank you Mathew, Joephine and Hosiah, Game can be very proud of staff like you! I only later found out that Mr Human is the store manager. That is a fantastic example of customer service!!! Salome Ludick
