Hi Edgars
For the last 4-6 months ive had the worst experience at several branches. I never had any problems since i opened my account in june '04.Lately everytime i make a purchase on my acc the system requires me to update my details as my acc is blocked. For the last two weeks i went to three branches Bayside, Westgate Mall and Adderley Street to have it unblocked. At store level they cant even access my acc. When phoning helpdesk they transfer the call to cust service which eventually transfers it back and then again back. It seems no one can assist me.each time i waste an hour of my time and by then nothing has been done to sort out the problem. They then promise me that they will get back to me but im still waiting since last week wednesday.By now im so fed up that i decided to pay the acc in full and close it.there's more to this incident but just thinking about it makes me feel more disappointed. I surely hope Edgars can do more to improve their service and give feedback to their customers.
