The incident in question took place on the morning of Tuesday 19 March.

In the month of December I had bought my 10 year old nephew a watch from Mr Price Sport as a christmas present. The watch stopped working a weekago. I took the watch to the Mr Price Sport store. I I explained my situation to the teller. she told me that if the battery is dead, i must go to a watch store and buy a new battery for the watch. I told her i bought the watch in december, it hasnt been more than 3 months and the battery is dead, how can that be my problem. she said that that watch could have been on the stand for months and Mr Price will not accept responsibility if the battery is dead.

I told her that this is not fair and the more i tried to get my point across the more she would talk over me. She turned her back on me and said i must stop shouting. i told her im not shouting, she keeps talking over me. A lady who was in the queue stepped in and said to the teller, he is the customer you must listen o him. the teller wouldnt listen. The women said to me, dont bother with her, she wont listen, report her. The teller said to me i must do what i must she doesnt care what i do. I must go ahead.
