WALL CLOCK WATCH

I bought a wall clock watch on Saturday 14 December 2014, obviously I opened the packaging to check the battery size and hang it. To my surprise the watch was too small and thought of getting a bigger one which they have at the store. On Monday 16 December 2014 a I returned the watch and was told they want it still packaged and on top of it it has a scrach which I didn't mind. Kindly help if I am asking too much.
