Attitude problem

Mr Price Sport Bloemfontein Waterfront,
Day started out great, up until I went to your shop, saw a watch I wanted there about 2 weeks ago and did not have cash then, went there on the 3 March 2013 and asked them for the watch, first they had to look for the key's that took 10 minutes then gave me my watch in a box after checking it out saw that it was the incorrect box, I then got told that they can't find the original box, I then made a remark that this store is disorganized and dysfunctional, the facial expression on the women that is the manager then changed from not wanting to be there to please go away, not very professional. We went to this shop to buy my much sought after watch, a starter cricket set for my son not entry level rubbish and birthday gift for my middle daughter. Never mind the watch. No service was given in the sports department.

When we arrived at the pay point we were told that the two barcodes on the R 1800 did not match the price on the box I then told them to just leave the watch as it was such a great inconvieniece to the store and the team players were also inconvieniced about my purchase
