1. Went to store on Tuesday 19/03/2013
2. Cashier had bad attitude - no greeting - go slow
3. Asked to speak to manager
4. The rudest person by the name of Charmaine approached me
5. Battled to get the H/O number from her - was not given the right number
6. Phoned H/O in DBN
7. Battled to get the correct area manager details
8. Acting area manager - Jaco returned my call
9. Even before i was asked what my concern was he said he wanted to inform me that this is one of their worst stores - bad attitude - no stock on the floor etc.
10. Then informed him why I was complaining - Was offered a R100 gift voucher - I made it very clear that I was not complaining to receive free vouchers and refused to accept -
11. He promised to phone me back to inform me what action was taken
12. Never received any calls on the day or the next
13. Phoned H/O - 3 times had to call back as operator was VERY reluctant to provide me with details of Ops Manager/ Director - Twice was put on hold once for close to 5min
14. Finally got through to PA for CEO
15. She sent email to various management asking to contact me to discuss problem - including OPS director
16 Needless to say no one has
