Head Office Manager Immature and Arrogant

I phoned Kolonnade Retail Park Management Centre to obtain a contact number of a salon situated on the premisses (10m from their offices) as the ones provided on the online store directory doesn't work.
The number provided did not exist so I phoned again to enquire if it is possible for them to find out if there is another number I can call. I offered to call back in half an hours time, if they can just assist me in getting the correct number. He RUDELY dropped the phone in my ear without a reply. So my husband phoned again to hear what's going on.
The guy identified himself as 'Petrov' and admitted that his Manager advised him to drop the phone earlier.
My husband asked to speak to this 'manager'.
Now this guy was a character and when being confronted - acting childish! He hesitated to identify himself and later on said his name is 'Imeul'. We asked why they could not assist us in a simple task as finding out what the number is to a store on THEIR premises?
He replied that it is not his responsibility to do clients' dirty work and finding out contact details and refused to help us.
As result to his arrogance, we will NEVER support any store on that premises
