Edcon wants to sue a person that died 4 months ago

I am really sick and tired of Edcons headquarters that doesnt know what the other one in the same business is doing. We are trying to deal with the grief of losing my Mother, and now we have to deal with the incompetency of the people handling the accounts. After they paid out the Jet funeral Plan moneys (THAT CAN ONLY BE PAID OUT WHEN THE HQ IS SATISFIED THAT THE PERSON IS DEAD), AND after having the Account Protection Plan covering the outstanding amount after death, EDCON STILL WANTS THE MONEYS TO BE PAID, Month after month they phone, and month after month we tell them, yes she died, yes hq approved everything, yes edcon knows... NOW THEY WANT TO GIVE MY MOTHER OVER TO AN ATTORNEY... PLEASE... IF YOU GET A HOLD OF HER TO LET HER KNOW, CALL US BECAUSE WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO HER AGAIN!!!
