Bad attitude, poor service and empty promises

To cut a long story short, I bought a tv stand on the 25th February, it was delivered but half assembled and one leg was broken. When the drivers came back to collect it, they said they had a lot of similar stands returned by customers in the warehouse because they are poor quality, to my surprise as they were taking it out, the whole stand fell apart. I personally went to their store as the manager and salespersons were failing to help me, they did not even call to apologise. I went and spoke to the Manager Vincent- this guy has bad attitude, he said their drivers were not trained to assemble the stands and i made it clear that i wanted it assembled, then i asked myself why they kept sending them to do the assembling. I then decided to exchange the stand, the decision i regret even today. Vincent called me saying that it will be delivered (a LIE), its almost a month now since i first bought it. STILL NO DELIVERY, BLATANT LIARS.They do not call back, they always give excuse after excuse. I WILL NEVER EVER buy anything else from this store. To think i have to run after people just so they can deliver a stand i paid for. ROCHESTER YOU ARE SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT
