Nabil has a bad attitude even though he is wrong

I purchased a Television stand on Saturday at Fair Price and when we wanted to assemble the TV Stand there was no things to assemble the stand, and when we took it back on Sunday (6 October 2013) there was no stock available and the guy (Nabil) who helped us was so disrespectful and rude and done it infront of the Store Manager and did not even apologise whatsoever, and gave his manager attitiude.
