Shut this company down!

So, repeated phone calls, emails, two complaints via their website where I was was assured I would be contacted, a visit to their Cresta store where the staff refused to return the product on my behalf and told me that was my responsibility, and still, here I am, down close on R800 for a helicopter, and sitting with some other customer's damaged goods .., and Homemark continues to ignore me (and many others who have complained, I see). I would call this company a joke, but that would be an insult to the many complainants here who have lost money and been treated just as I have been. Regrettably I have been unable to make contact with other people who have been equally badly treated by this company... someone should start a Shame Page on Facebook to expose the appalling business practises of this company.
