In writing the complaint I purposefully put the word "Thanks" in the headline, so that the person reading can assume it's a compliment. It's been almost 4 months since Homemark deducted money from my account (R1999). I have called the company several times only to be told that the supervisor is either not available or is on a call. The consultant then indicates they would get the supervisor to contact me. To date no CALL. This company does not respond to complaints, check Helo Peters' stats.
After two months they deliver the goods whilst I am work and my wife takes receipt not sure what it is, as they deliver with no invoice, delivery note etc. After checking the goods and checking prices on HOmemarks website i discover the goods amount to R1700, which is R300 less than the amount deducted so they rob me once again.

I know for a fact that no representative of HOmeMARK (money takers) will contact me and therefore have instructed my Lawyers to take Legal Action. I DON'T WANT YOUR CHEAP GOODS WHICH I HAVE NO USE FOR, THE MONEY YOU DEDUCTED CAN BE USED TO PAY MY DEBTS!!!
