Unhappy with service

Having purchased 5 refilled cartridges from the above company I was appaled at the service provided in this instance a few weeks ago and am disgusted that these were faulty. I still have not received my cartridges which I need urgenyly even though many requests to resolve this matter have fallen on deaf ears. However I have had in the past cartridges that were not satisfactory. I am in the process of summonising the above to court to resolve this matter and protect others.
