Deducting money from my mothers credit card

My mother is been a victim of homemark for a very long time, a month ago they send goods via a courier, she did not take the goods from courier company because she did not order those things and they went ahead and debited her credit card two thousand five hundred. I went to homemark sandton to see Lovemore and she promised that she will refund us as soon as she receives the package back from the courier, to date they did not refund us, I spoke to Herman and he promised that he will look in to the matter, I send e-mails to him and phone calls and he always says he will come back to me. Homemark is ripping off old people of their pensioners
