THEY stalk me for a payment like im a bad paye

I was in the shop on 13 Feb where i asked the ;ady what my end of Feb installment was i was told its 6 something, i paid it cos i was going overseas end fed till mid March
Upon my return i get all these sms' saying i didnt pay etc
apparently i short paid 4 something
NOT MY FAULT by staff ignorance
I get a rude call yesterday threatening me with legal action and i didnt pay etc etc
what IS THIS???
I WENT AND PAID TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY PAYMENT WAS DUE AND I PAID WHAT I WAS TOLD IS MY PREMIUM AND NOW IM BEING MADE TO FEEL LIKE A BAD PAYER WITH ALL THIS SMS'???
