I contacted Foschini Stores about a quality problem that I had with a clothing item I bought at Foschini Centurion. Ronnie called me today and asked what the problem was. I explained it to him. Part of the problem was that I did not have the purchase docket. As the garment was bought on my account Ronnie located the purchase and requested that I visit the branch and return the purchase. I arrived at the branch and Ronnie did the credit on my account. The whole transaction did not take longer than 10min.
Thank you Ronnie for such a pleasant experience. Although I was not happy with the purchase I will go back to your branch again.
