Welded parts placed as new parts in a new motorcyc

Brand new bikes had gear selectors snapped, your port shepstone branch welded the item, since it broke again, and your pathetic port shepstone branch handed nback their motorbike franchise, we have taken the bikes to a non Honda agent to obtain the spares and replace them at my cost.

Honda seriously needs to punish this branch, how they can leave their clients high and dry, but Honda Sa still allows these to franchise their boat division without so much of an apology.
