My order was reversed withouth my knowledge

On the 17th of June 2013 I bought a DH ladies stripe jersey. (my husband, paid for it, R399) Since there was no medium size, I asked for fasion delivery, the free one. I was told it will take 2 to 4 weeks. On the 2nd of July 2013, I went to the Truworths shop to check if my jersey had arrived. The lady that helped said: "this is a free service Sisi. it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get your item, rather check after 4 weeks."

Today, 15 July 2013, I called to check if my order has arrived. I am told that my order was reversed yesterday. the item I bought is no longer on stock.

I have 4 problems with Truworths at this point:
1. If my order was reversed yesterday, surely it is still there somewhere in the shop. why can't they give me my jersey.
2. if the service is for 4 to 6 weeks, why cancel so early?
3. The jersey was paid for already. Why do you have to cancel without confirmation from the customer.
4. bad customer service in Sandton. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I really do not like her tone. She spoke Sotho to me and I told her I don't understand Sotho, but she continued.
