Bad customer etiquette

I recently bought 3 brides dresses from Vibes' the lady on the floor answered my question as to if I can get a refund if the dresses are not rite' she said yes, I was told by the manager I cannot return then' I then told her I would go to the consumer protect as I was told I could return the dresses' she then said her floor staff don't know anything it's the cashiers who need to tell the customer' I was not told by the cashier and I did not ask as I already asked a staff member' her whole attitude and way with a customer is disgusting she not greet when putting down the phone' she just put it down' before buying from this store make sure you buy the correct items as they won't return' and have excuses about everything' you won't have a proper manager dealing with your complaints either.
