I bought a bedroom suite which did not last very and they kindly replaced it with another, as it had a factory default. They delivered the mirror damaged. I also bought a extra cupboard that matched the suite which to date has still not been delivered. I phoned at least 2 - 3 times a week for the last 6 months and the lady which I dealt with 9 to 10 with was either out or at the warehouse. I left several messages for her to call me back but she responded about 1 out of 10 times. When I eventually got hold of her she replied by saying that the mirror will be replaced when the cupboard is in stock and be delivered. I was paying my account by debit order, when the account was paid up the debit order was not stopped. I had to contact them to stop it. They assured me that it will take 5 - 7 working days to refund the excess amount.it has now been almost 3 weeks and still - NO CUPBOARD, NO MIRROR OR NO MONEY REFUNDED. This is definitely unacceptable and shows POOR SERVICE.
