I made a cash purchase of a bedroom suite from the store late October 2012. I requested delivery in two days as I was in the process of relocating my furniture to the storage. I advised the manager that I would be able to get a delivery truck, should the store be unable. A commitment was made by Vincent, the manager that the items would be delivered on the requested date, a promise which was never honored. The delivery was eventually made in about _ two weeks after the purchase. The bedroom suite was delivered without screws to assemble and the mirror broken. I reported the defects to Vincent sometime in December 2012 on my arrival in SA, who promised to have them addressed without delay. I had to make several calls to have someone from the warehouse dispatched with the screws. To date, the damaged mirror has not been replaced despite several promises by Vincent. What is more frustrating is that I am the one who has to continuously remind the store of the problem and currently out of SA. The relocation has since been postponed to 20th March by 3g relocations. I would appreciate if Hello Peter could kindly assist in resolving the problem. Regard
