Verbally abusive & crude section manage

On 19 Mar my friend & I came into Food Lovers Market Longbeach Mall to purchase food from your hot section. There were no medium size containers & no wrap to seal the containers. Herman, the manager of the section, after a few minutes came out & I duly asked him why there were none of these items. He then became very belligerent & said they were on order. I asked that surely you make sure you have in stock before you run out. He then to my horror said & I quote " what must I do pull one out my! "and did the gesture to go with it. I became very angry at this totally uncalled for & unexpected retort, that for a few seconds I was too dumb struck to speak. When it sank in I demanded to see the store manager, in between this he was being verbally abusive & using foul language. He said that he'll take us to the manager being all self righteous, to which we replied that he must stay way from us but carried on walking with us trying to intimidate us. We feel verbally abused & want to take action. I have sent an email to the store manger as well (Suzette, who was most helpful & apologetic). We won't step foot in that store until that man has been seriously reprimanded/fired!!
