Customer Service is pathetic!!

On the 9th of March I ordered a King Size bed from Furniture City in Boksburg. The salesperson was Johnny. He placed an order for the bed and said that we will get it within 2 weeks. Last week Thursday I phoned Furniture City and Johnny was on leave and one of his collagues helped me (can't recall his name, think it was Jan). This guy informed me that Johnny just sent through some paperwork and never placed the order and he will sort it out for me. Today I phoned again and they tell me that it will take another 15 days as this is a "special order". It's just a normal King Size Setra bed, why do they have to specially make it for us??? Should I wait over a month just to get a bed??? I told the guy that I am going to search for another bed this weekend and if I get one I am going to cancell my order with Furniture City. He just said that's fine like he didn't care to lose business. happened to customer service??? From all the reports on Hellopeter for this specific store not delivering as they promised I would have thorugh that their would have done something by now. This will be my last purchase at this pathetic store!!
