Don't to your customers over and over again!!

I lodged a complaint regarding a bed that I ordered that was going to be delivered as promised within 2 weeks and then they told me that the order wasn't placed as the sales people "forgot" and that I would have to wait another 2 weeks until the 4th of April:

Johnny, the salesperson promised me and my wife that they would deliver our bed today (07/04) after waiting for it for over a month. The guy from the warehouse, Tulani, also phoned my wife on Friday and said that the bed will be delivered today after 12.

This morning I phoned their warehouse and the guy working in dispatch said that our bed is on the truck that they have despatched and we will get it. We cancelled our plans for the day and waited for the bed and it never arrived. The incompetent, lying wasted our time!!!

WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM FURNITURE CITY/ELLERINES EVER AGAIN!!!

You guys have pathetic customer services and you should look at replacing your lying staff as they cannot be trusted!!
