I went to Builders Warehouse in Montana Park.
Went to the information desk and asked if they have any stretchable ropes (Bungee Cords).
The person told me they don't have something like that.
I asked him again if he does not have stretchable ropes of any kind.
He told me no, only normal ropes.
I asked him where the normal ropes are and went to the normal ropes.
There were no stretchable ropes between the normal ropes.

So i decided to ask someone else and the other person sent me to the bungee cords (Yes that is what i was looking for).
I received what i was looking for but you almost lost a sale because the person working at the information desk did not
A) Give me the right information
B) Did not even make the effort to ask someone else if they have something like that. He just told me you don't sell it.

Person was a male working there.
No idea what the name is.
Please place people at the information desk that can actually give information.
