Woolworths
Are managers trained

Shops, Products, Services

Good day,

I went to the Woolworth's in Parkwood on Sunday afternoon. I was next in line at the queue and it was quite busy behind me. We waited, there was only one assistant on duty. The manager then came along and asked where the other (1 other) was. He was informed that this cashier had gone to the toilet. Does Woolworth's monitor their staffs toilet visits, are they kept to a minimum. The manager then called for the assistant, we could all hear him. N the assistant came rushing out drying his hands. I asked the manager if he could not operate the till, he said no. Seriously, are you managers not trained for this sort of event, we all go to the loo. Do your staff need a 'hall pass' to do so, do you monitor their movements. I was horrified how the situation we handled.

Disgusted, oh and may I haver permission to use the loo?
